TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THIS PARTICULAR AUCTION

The purchaser will need to place a good faith removal deposit in the amount of $ 100.00 per buyer, per location directly to U-Haul.

Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of the entire contents of all units purchased by the agreed upon time period.

The standard time allowed is 24 hours per unit up to three units.  This implies that the maximum time allowed to clear all purchased units will be 72 hours.  U-Haul reserves the right to set the parameters and adjust the time given to buyer in a case by case basis at their own discretion.

A U-Haul team member from the center where the unit is purchased must inspect all storage unit(s) purchased by the buyer to confirm that they are clear and that all contents have been removed prior to returning of the good faith removal deposit ($100.00).

All parties at the auction events will be charged applicable sales tax unless the entity is in the business of reselling the merchandise sold in the unit or non-profit purchases with the appropriate valid Colorado exemption license.  This license must be physically presented to the U-Haul Representative when settling the unit to prove tax exempt status.
