THIS AUCTION IS A CASH OR CARD SALE. THE AUCTION ACCEPTS VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER CARDS WITH VALID MATCHING STATE ISSUED ID. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR REFUSALS.

WITH THIS AUCTION, MAXX WILL RELOCATE THE VEHICLES OUTSIDE OF THE SALES YARD ONTO THE STREET FOR EASY REMOVAL BY SUCCESSFUL PURCHASER ON SATURDAY. PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR PROMPT REMOVAL OF THE VEHICLE FROM THE ADJACENT STREETS.

Please fully review and photographs and run any/all CARFAX, Experian Autocheck or other reports PRIOR to bidding to feel comfortable with your purchase(s).

THERE SHALL BE NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER IN ANY RESPECT OF THE LOTS OFFERED AT AUCTION. EACH & EVERY LOT SHALL BE SOLD “AS-IS”.

UNLESS NOTIFIED BY FRIDAY AT NOON, THE MOTOR VEHICLE PACKAGE WILL BE COMPLETED IN THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE REGISTRATION/INVOICE.  State issued photo identification will need to be provided for any changes.

All parties must be 18 years of age to attend or to bid. The price recorded by the auction software takes priority & will be official. Any dispute arising as to any bidding shall be settled by Auctioneers at their sole discretion & Auctioneers may put that lot in dispute up for sale again. Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse any bid which they consider to be an insignificant advance over the preceding lot.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK TO LOT. Neither Dickensheet nor Maxx is responsible for personal injury or lost items on the lot. The auction firm is acting as agents only of Maxx and are not responsible for any occurrences at auction location.

• All vehicles will be sold as “tow away” & without an emissions test or 45 day permit. The purchaser is responsible for having the vehicle emission tested. Be advised that the motor vehicle department will NOT issue a temporary permit for vehicles sold as “tow away”.
• To our knowledge the State of CO will require 2 forms of secure & verifiable identification from any buyer who wishes to obtain a CO title for a motor vehicle. This means that any individual named as “buyer” on the Bill of Sale that we issue at the Auction must provide acceptable ID’s to the Dept of Motor Vehicle in their county unless otherwise announced.
• Vehicles at auction will be sold through either Bill of Sale or Title. Title is not guaranteed on any Bill of Sale vehicle sold. Acquisition of title is between the Buyer and the State of Colorado.
• Be aware that various vehicles will not be equipped with keys. Keys are not guaranteed to fit the ignition &/or the trunk or door of the vehicle from which they were pulled. The catalog outlines if a key has been found in a vehicle.
• If an ignition key is found, an attempt to start the vehicle will be made. If the vehicle starts, the catalog will outline in writing or through video. This is for info purposes only & is not a guarantee that the vehicle will start again & or move.
• Some vehicles are marked “Rebuilt from Salvage” or “Salvage” on the Bill of Sale. The catalog will announce whether a vehicle has been designated as previous salvage or salvage prior to selling the vehicle.
• Some are sold as “Junk” or “Parts only”. No Colorado Title or salvage receipt/title will be issued for these vehicles; they must be junked or dismantled only. Sales tax will be charged unless otherwise exempt.
•  Duplicates for lost paperwork are available at the cost of $50.00 from Maxx within 30 days of purchase. After that time period, there is no guarantee that duplicates can be obtained. Happy Bidding!

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON THE FRIDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION BY THE FOLLOWING METHODS:

WIRE TRANSFERS-All wire transfers would need to be completed by successful bidders prior to noon on FRIDAY prior to removal to assure the funds are received by that time period.

CARD PAYMENTS-$1,000.00 AND UNDER-Visa, Mastercard and Discover will be accepted as a form of payment for this particular auction for purchasers under $1,000.00 with a convenience fee as outlined in the Terms & Conditions during the registration process. Please note that by utilizing a card that the paperwork would need to be issued as registered into the system (for name etc).  When reviewing statements on the account, Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. will be processing payment on the vehicles, not Maxx Auto Recovery.

CARD PAYMENTS OVER $1,000.00 can be accepted on the FRIDAY following the auction at 1501 W Wesley Avenue, Denver, CO 80223. Please bring the card along with a State issued valid photo identification for compeletion of the purchase.

CASH-VECTRA BANK-Cash transactions can be accepted at 20 Vectra Bank locations throughout Colorado on the FRIDAY following the auction. At the conclusion of the auction, an invoice will be forwarded to the registration email address along with a separate email outlining further instructions regarding cash payments.

CASH-WESLEY LOCATION-Cash transactions can also be accepted on the FRIDAY following the auction at 1501 W Wesley Avenue, Denver, CO 80223. Please note as this location is in the City & County of Denver, mask is required and social distancing, CDC guidelines will be upheld.

NO PAYMENT CAN BE ACCEPTED AT THE MAXX AUTO RECOVERY LOCATION AT THIS TIME.

VEHICLES WILL START TO BE REMOVED FROM THE LOT AT 12PM-NOON. AT THE LAST AUCTION-ESTIMATE TWO HOURS WILL BE NEEDED FOR ALL VEHICLES TO BE FULLY REMOVED TO ADJACENT STREETS FOR PICKUP.

Paperwork and keys (when applicable) will be available beginning at 12PM-Noon on Saturday during the removal process.  

Please be prepared to prompty relocate the purchased vehicle(s) from the adjacent streets.
