Description: AUCTION SCHEDULED TO BEGIN ON JANUARY 24th, 2024 OTHER LOCATIONS: 4849 S Santa Fe, Littleton, CO 80120 1750 E County Line Road, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 2269 Manatt Court, Castle Rock, CO 80104 LOCATIONS MAY REQUEST A STATE ISSUED PHOTO ID THAT WILL NEED TO MATCH THE REGISTERED BIDDER FOR ENTRY. Please read terms & conditions including payment and removal deadlines before placing a bid(s) at this auction. Not removing all items from the unit will result in U-Haul revoking bidding privileges from further events.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THIS PARTICULAR AUCTION

The purchaser will need to place a good faith removal deposit in the amount of $ 100.00 per buyer, per location directly to U-Haul to the location prior to the end of the business day in cash.  The amount of the unit plus sales tax (unless otherwise exempt) is also due by the end of the business day to the auction site location.  Please bring a lock for each unit purchased.

Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of the entire contents of all units purchased by the agreed upon time period.

The standard time allowed is 24 hours per unit up to three units.  This implies that the maximum time allowed to clear all purchased units will be 72 hours.  U-Haul reserves the right to set the parameters and adjust the time given to buyer in a case by case basis at their own discretion.

A U-Haul team member from the center where the unit is purchased must inspect all storage unit(s) purchased by the buyer to confirm that they are clear and that all contents have been removed prior to returning of the good faith removal deposit ($100.00).

All parties at the auction events will be charged applicable sales tax unless the entity is in the business of reselling the merchandise sold in the unit or non-profit purchases with the appropriate valid Colorado exemption license.  This license must be physically presented to the U-Haul Representative when settling the unit to prove tax exempt status.
