During the auction process, the team at Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. completes the activities necessary to conduct a successful sale. On an average, Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. conducts over 100 auctions a year for commercial, industrial assets, retail merchandise, vehicles, real estate and more in Colorado and is licensed in several other states.

Also, written & telephone bids are accepted for a majority of upcoming auctions. Pre-registration is required for written and telephone bidding options.

Auction Attendance:

There is no fee to register for an upcoming auction. Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. requires a valid State issued photo identification to complete the registration process. In the event you will be purchasing for resale or are otherwise exempt, please bring a copy of the current State issued sales tax license or exemption documentation.

The payment for each auction will vary. Please visit the terms & conditions or particular auction link for further information.

Various auctions contain a buyer's premium. A buyer's premium is an amount over the successful bid as a percentage of the selling price. Please remember tax (if applicable) is also charged on the transaction.
