SUCCESSFUL BIDDER CLEANING DEPOSIT

$ 100.00 cash good faith deposit will need to be submitted to A Plus Self Service Storage LLC per unit by the successful purchaser to assure that all of the personal property is removed from the unit within the timeframe provided.  The unit needs to be left entirely empty, broom swept condition. If the property is not removed in full by the stated timeframe, A Plus Self Service Storage LLC will retain the deposit.  Please note that the on site dumpster can not be utilized during the removal process.

REMOVAL

Access hours for removal are two days following the conclusion of the auction from 9AM-4PM at 425 Quebec Street, Longmont, CO 80501. 

PAYMENT

Payment for the unit(s) plus applicable sales tax will be made payable to Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. by either Mastercard, Visa or Discover, cash or negotiable check at 1501 W Wesley Avenue, Denver, CO 80223.  An additional 3% will be added to the purchaser price when paying by Mastercard, Visa or Discover.  Please note that no payment will be accepted on site.  

BUYERS PREMIUM

A thirteen percent (13%) buyer's premium will be added to the successful bidder at this auction.  In the event that $ 100.00 is the top bid at auction, the successful purchaser will be charged $ 113.00 plus applicable sales tax.  Please take into consideration the buyers premium when participating at this auction event. OTHER ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

If the Buyer locates any illegal items, including firearms, it is the purchasers responsibility to contact the A Plus Self Service Storage, LLC.
