The majority of items are sold through public auction; however, there are times when lease return and other merchandise will be available for direct sale. In general, the merchandise will be offered in two manners:

1. The owner may establish an asking price on the asset(s).
2. The potential purchaser will submit an offer to be forwarded to the lien holder or owner of the product for approval, counter or rejection.
