Relocation:

While advantageous to conduct a public auction on site, there are various circumstances in which the removal of the assets to another location is necessary or more beneficial to the parties involved with the assets. Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. has the ability to schedule, complete removal services including assets requiring a commercial driver's license (CDL). Replevin relocations are also available.

Court Appointed Receivers:

Members of our team provide receiver services for a wide array of endeavors throughout Colorado and Wyoming. Over the years, receivership and other Court appointed opportunities have included the operation of truck stops, hotels, restaurants, investment properties, vacant land and others.

Liquidations:

Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. is available to conduct full liquidations of business related assets at either firm established prices or a percentage reduction discount. With this process, Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. will handle all activities involved with the sale including but not limited to: marketing, labor, accounting, collection and remittance of sales tax to the proper agencies.
